We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Integration Manager to join our maritime team. This is a dual-hatted role: you will perform test engineering duties and lead fleet integration efforts, bringing hands-on at-sea operating experience into both.

What you'll do

• Support the integration of surface platform subsystems, including sensors,: navigation, propulsion, communication systems, autonomy software, and power systems, into a complete surface platform

• Develop, review, and execute test plans for development, integration, and: acceptance testing, informed by hands-on fleet operating experience

• Support day-to-day test operations, including pre-mission testing, launch and: recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis for internal and customer-facing efforts

• Design test and demonstration scenarios that reflect real fleet operating conditions, procedures, and tactics

• Identify gaps between platform capability and existing fleet equipment,: procedures, and concepts of employment, and feed findings back to engineering and program leadership

• Support hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of: surface maritime platforms in the field

What they're looking for

• Experience integrating surface and airborne sensors, surface vessel navigation, and communication systems
• A genuine interest and 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test
• Experience generating TRRs, test plans, test procedures, and test reports
• Demonstrated experience with marine operational procedures and equipment,: spanning coastal to deep-water operations
• Experience briefing customers, partners, or fleet stakeholders on emerging capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, MATLAB, R, SQL
• Experience developing and managing a test and evaluation program
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
