What you'll do
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
Perform plumbing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements
Complete residential plumbing installations accurately and efficiently
Clearly explain plumbing issues, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners
Provide professional, courteous service throughout every customer interaction
Help customers make informed decisions about maintaining and protecting their plumbing systems
What they're looking for
- Maintain accurate service documentation using tablets and job management software
- Follow company safety standards and established plumbing procedures
- + years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in residential service
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance: requirements for operation of a company vehicle
