What you'll do

• Oversee the accounting of multiple revenue streams as well as the design,: implementation, and execution of scalable and effective processes for a more efficient close and control environment ensuring proper revenue recognition under ASC 606

• Reconcile and investigate outstanding accounts receivable balances

• Reconcile and dispute chargebacks for all of our AR balances

• Work with Operations, DC, Wholesale, and other cross-functional teams to: ensure accurate customer invoicing and collections. Collaborating for a seamless billing process

• Review and approve all deferred revenue calculations, ensuring adequate support

• Create and maintain revenue-related monthly balance sheet account reconciliations

What they're looking for

• Prepare journal entries, as well as review and approve JEs and timely account: reconciliations from direct reports
• Assist with monthly financial analysis and various ad-hoc reports
• Manage and develop the operations of the Revenue Accounting team with full: responsibility for day-to-day and month-end functions
• Maintain organized transaction documentation for audits and support internal/external audit processes.
