What you'll do
Being a key contributor to the ownership of Elastic Cloud Revenue.
Performing or reviewing revenue reconciliations and analysis, and managing: complex, large datasets in support of the Revenue close process.
Assisting across all Elastic revenue contract reviews under ASC 606 guidance.
Determining appropriate revenue recognition for signed contracts.
Leading and reviewing UAT testing to drive Cloud Revenue system and process improvements.
Coordinating and managing auditing requests, including addressing auditor inquiries.
What they're looking for
- Developing technical accounting positions and drafting memos.
- Evaluating revenue policies for scalability while maintaining consistency with ASC 606.
- Identifying and executing on opportunities to improve existing processes and controls and minimize risk.
- Developing and delivering internal training to enhance organizational revenue knowledge sharing.
