What you'll do
Work the domestic payments queue across ACH, checks, domestic wires and: stablecoin, resolving cases in Salesforce with clear, customer-safe explanations.
Monitor ACH and wire returns, interpreting return codes and running the right procedure for each.
Watch for trends before they become incidents and escalate with clear context and urgency.
Work exceptions with external banking partners, bringing the right: identifiers and evidence to speed resolution.
Keep the queue healthy by maintaining Salesforce routing and hygiene,: balancing case quality and attention to detail.
Write and maintain documentation (SOPs, training materials) and help onboard and cross-train new analysts.
What they're looking for
- Leverage data and AI (Hex, SQL/Snowflake, Retool, LLMs) to investigate cases: faster, build monitoring and dashboards, and automate repeat work.
- Identify process gaps, determine whether each is a manual error, data break,: or process gap, and bring clear requirements to Engineering and Product.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, CSMs, AEs, Accounting, Compliance,: Engineering, Product, Design, and external banking partners to resolve exceptions and prepare for new flows.
- Participate in the coverage rotation on some holidays for urgent cases.
