The opportunity
Crusoe is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead the physical security strategy and delivery for our growing portfolio of data center construction projects.
What you'll do
Lead physical security delivery across multiple data center construction projects.
Manage the complete project lifecycle, including design reviews, bid: packages, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
Partner with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, systems: integrators, customers, and internal teams.
Review security drawings, specifications, product substitutions, and: technical submissions against Crusoe and customer requirements.
Apply physical security and CPTED principles to access control, surveillance,: intrusion detection, fencing, gates, lighting, and perimeter protection.
Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and identify cost, schedule, quality, and delivery risks.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
- CPP, PSP, PMP, CPTED, or relevant security systems certification.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
