What you'll do
Responsible for the design, day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement: of high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products.
Own strategies development and growth roadmap, while ensuring alignment with the overall business mandates.
Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and: ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems.
Collaborate with operations, clearing, and other stakeholders to ensure: smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements.
Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution: solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures.
Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics,: Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
What they're looking for
- Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics,: Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in quantitative trading: firms, brokers, and trading houses, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in market microstructure and analysis of order books and trade data.
- Experience in algorithmic trading and execution strategy design. Experience: in alpha signal generation is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative modeling, with the ability to independently: build algo specifications for new trading strategies and collaborate with developers to deliver them.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; C++ or Rust is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and highly independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a global team in a fast-paced environment.
