What you'll do

  • Drive key performance indicators cross organizationally, measuring, tracking: and driving accountability with various business unit leaders

  • Coordinate and align month-end and quarter-end close workstreams across: Accounting and business partner teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and met

  • Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, FP&A, capacity planning and: business partners to ensure budget and forecast inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule

  • Identify gaps or bottlenecks in existing close, budget, and forecast: processes, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and consistency

  • Own the project management of planning and budgeting workstreams end-to-end —: building timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and escalating risks

  • Maintain and continuously improve the budgeting and forecasting calendar, templates, and process documentation

What they're looking for

  • Partner with FP&A and department leaders to ensure budget submissions and: forecast updates are complete, well-documented, and delivered on time
  • Support Finance leadership on ad hoc strategic initiatives, ranging from: process improvement projects to special analyses
  • Help synthesize findings and prepare materials for leadership and cross-functional audiences
  • Take on new workstreams as the business scales and priorities shift
