What you'll do
Championing a product owner mindset across the Internal Audit function, that: is focused on providing technology enabled, repeatable and value-driven assurance.
Driving a culture of innovation, and helping the Internal Audit function to: translate creative concepts into practical solutions.
Working closely with the Head of Professional Practices, Senior Audit: Transformation Lead and the audit team to identify opportunities for innovation, and define the product roadmap.
Helping the business audit team to design data-driven test strategies, and: translate control objectives into scalable analytical tests and metrics.
Building, deploying and maintaining scalable AI and automation solutions, and: becoming an advocate for their adoption.
Fostering a data-led understanding of risk through data science.
What they're looking for
- Establishing robust monitoring controls over the completeness and accuracy of: key datasets that are ingested into data products.
- Staying at the forefront of emerging technology trends, and collaborating: with other parts of Monzo to make sure Internal Audit leverages and capitalises on broader developments.
- Building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders outside of: Internal Audit, such as the Data Discipline.
- Training and upskilling the Internal Audit function on using data and AI solutions.
