Finance teams need a dependable way to turn everyday spending and payments into accurate books. Ramp's Accounting team builds the systems that carry accounting context across our products, help customers categorize and reconcile activity, and keep their records in sync.
What you'll do
Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models that support: accounting workflows across Ramp's products
Make financial data accurate, traceable, and resilient as transactions move: through coding, reconciliation, and sync
Improve the reliability and visibility of workflows that span Ramp and: customers' accounting systems, including how they handle failures and changes
Partner with product and engineering teammates to understand finance teams': needs and turn them into practical technical designs
Own substantial projects from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and iteration
Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
