  • Collaborate closely within cross-functional agile teams including product: leads, frontend engineers, designers, and data teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to surrounding team members, actively: participating in code and architecture reviews.
  • Leverage modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as a: standardized component of engineering delivery to increase productivity.
  • Senior-level expertise in at least one core language: Go or Python. High proficiency in one stack is required, with a willingness to expand technical knowledge into Go.
