• Program Implementation: Execute the operational implementation and wind-down of new and sunset benefit programs, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and compliance across all systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in benefits program: administration and operations within a complex, multi-state/multi-national organization.
• Expert-level knowledge of US and Canadian statutory laws and benefits: regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA,).
• Proven proficiency in managing benefits modules within major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
