The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Define, maintain, and enforce Lucid BIM standards, file-naming conventions,: and digital deliverable requirements. • Configure and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, including permissions, workflows, issue tracking, and model coordination environments. • Manage Revit templates, model health checks, linking and shared coordinate workflows, and ensure optimized model usability. • Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination, reviewing federated models for compliance and alignment across trades. • Establish document-control requirements, including naming conventions, metadata, and version management. • Define as-built and handover deliverable requirements, coordinating receipt of final models, drawings, and supporting records. • Identify gaps in existing facility documentation and support corrective measures in coordination with internal and external partners. • Provide BIM training, technical support, and process guidance to internal teams and external project stakeholders. • Develop dashboards, reports, and automation strategies to improve traceability and BIM process efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

  • + years of experience with BIM execution and governance for large-scale building or industrial projects.

  • Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD platforms.

  • Experience creating BIM Execution Plans, model templates, and naming conventions.

  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for BIM processes.
