The opportunity

Brand Studio lays the foundations that help Stripe accelerate. We do this by creating, evolving, and maintaining Stripe's high-quality, versatile, and forward-looking brand design systems, experiences, and advertising campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design of experiential programs, from early concepts and: storytelling through detailed design, production, and launch.

  • Translate Stripe’s brand and product strategy into compelling physical,: digital, and hybrid experiences for global audiences.

  • Create scalable visual identities, design systems, and toolkits for events: and environments that extend Stripe’s evolving brand.

  • Partner closely with producers, marketers, product teams, and senior: stakeholders to define goals, make tradeoffs, and deliver work on time and at a high bar.

  • Art direct agencies, fabricators, contractors, and other external partners;: provide clear feedback and uphold quality through execution.

  • Design keynote and presentation systems that make complex ideas feel clear, cohesive, and engaging.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experiential, environmental, brand, or integrated design: experience, ideally for technology or product-led companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field
  • A portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production work across events,: environments, installations, keynotes, or other immersive brand experiences.
  • Experience leading large-scale conferences, trade shows, executive or: customer events, or comparable IRL and hybrid experiences.
  • Strong visual design, art direction, and storytelling skills across physical and digital media.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex work while influencing: designers, agencies, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment in incorporating stakeholder feedback while protecting the core creative idea and quality bar.
  • Familiarity with motion design systems and how to apply them consistently across contexts
