The opportunity

The CNC team is part of Anduril's Development Manufacturing organization, delivering rapid-turn prototype manufacturing for mission-critical defense programs. We work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to bring cutting-edge hardware to life—fast.

What you'll do

  • Interpret technical blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to plan machining processes

  • Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines (including 5-axis equipment)

  • Design and implement custom work-holding solutions and fixtures to meet unique project requirements

  • Troubleshoot machining issues in real time and make process adjustments to ensure part quality

  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to verify parts meet stringent specifications

What they're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Esprit or hyperMill CAM software
  • Proficiency in 5-axis simultaneous programming
  • Experience using Siemens NX CAD software and Teamcenter PLM
