What you'll do
Assist with drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q,: 8-K, proxy statements, and registration statements and support the annual shareholder meeting process
Support a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including M&A,: investments, and strategic transactions
Support board and shareholder governance activities, including preparing and: reviewing Board and committee meeting materials and drafting resolutions and minutes in connection with Board and committee meetings and annual shareholder meetings
Assist with global subsidiary and entity management, including formation and: ongoing maintenance of domestic and international subsidiaries, maintaining corporate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and streamlining governance processes
Support investor relations and the quarterly earnings process and help ensure: Regulation FD compliance for all investor communications
Support all treasury and tax-related matters, including capital markets: transactions, credit facilities, stock repurchase plans, tax structuring, and intercompany arrangements
