What you'll do

• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, enterprise architects and: functional business units to design and execute end-to-end AI integration strategies across business workflows.

• Lead the design, building, fine-tuning, and deployment of data and AI: solutions, including statistical models, ML pipelines, Generative AI applications, and advanced statistical analysis.

• Architect and integrate AI models, APIs, and microservices into production: environments, ensuring seamless operational performance, security, and scalability.

• Coach junior data scientists on AI engineering, ML integration best: practices, and effective data science project delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging machine learning, deep learning,: and Generative AI frameworks, identifying novel applications for the business.

• Liaise with Global data science teams to identify opportunities for: cross-functional collaboration, code reviews, joint AI initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and governance of the global: MLOps and LLMOps platforms in Canada.
