The opportunity
Location: Berlin, Germany (office first)
What you'll do
Design and maintain Terraform modules and infrastructure patterns that other engineering teams build on
Manage production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including performance tuning and service mesh implementation
Lead security and compliance work across frameworks such as PCI DSS and SOC2,: partnering with the Security team
Define and monitor service reliability metrics, take part in on-call: rotation, and drive improvements after incidents
Improve developer experience through automation, better CI/CD pipelines, and clearer documentation
Mentor other engineers on the team and contribute to technical design discussions
