We’re looking for a Senior Director to join the finance team supporting one of Anduril’s fastest-growing divisions. This is a high-visibility financial leadership role responsible for leading and developing a team who drive capital allocation and contract/program profitability across our Frontier Systems division.

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and develop a team of finance managers and analysts, elevating: the quality and consistency of financial support across business lines

• Serve as strategic advisor to business line and division leaders, translating: financial analysis into resourcing, tradeoff, and operational decisions

• Guide production and engineering partners in defining KPIs and evaluating: performance against productivity and profitability targets

• Build and pressure-test the long-term business cases behind the division’s: biggest bets, including new IP, facility investments, and major program pursuits

• Inform the division’s long-range plan by translating production ramps, R&D: investment, and contract timing into scenario-based outcomes that give executive leadership a coherent view of where and when to deploy capital

• Benchmark against peers across defense, autonomy, and industrial tech to: sharpen the division’s point of view on unit economics, efficiency, and capital allocation

• Partner with Growth to shape pricing structures and new commercial models for: the division’s future products and programs
• Direct planning for headcount, capital, and operating expense, ensuring alignment with company targets
• Own working capital forecasts and capital expenditure tracking across a: portfolio of product lines and contracts
• Ensure supply chain financial commitments are tracked and governed appropriately as the business scales
