What you'll do
You will lead the software engineering organization responsible for: delivering Connected Warfare's most advanced warfighter experience technologies. Your mandate is to ensure technical excellence, on-time delivery, and mission success across a complex portfolio of programs. This role demands a seasoned technical leader who can:
Own the technical vision and software roadmap, ensuring alignment with: Connected Warfare's strategic objectives, our customer missions, and contract requirements
Lead and scale a high-performing organization of software engineers across: multiple disciplines: embedded systems, Android/Linux platforms, AR/VR, distributed systems, UX, DevOps, and platform engineering
Partner with C-suite executives and division leadership to understand: strategic vision and business imperatives, own the translation into detailed implementation plans, and maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and key decisions across all stakeholders
Drive execution across high-stakes programs with strict timelines, ensuring: delivery commitments are met with quality
Partner closely with Program Management, Product, Delivery, Hardware: Engineering teams to ensure integrated solutions that meet warfighter needs
