The opportunity

What you'll do
Full cycle PCB design (primary day-to-day focus) including collecting: requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug, and system integration
Conduct bring-up and design work on microcontrollers and microprocessors,: ensuring seamless integration within the system
Perform power design, including the development, simulation, and integration: of discrete power supplies, DC-DC converters, and power management systems
Troubleshoot issues that span electrical and software boundaries, utilizing: lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, logic/spectrum analyzers, electronic loads) and basic software/firmware debugging tools
Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, deployments,: and customer operated flight hardware
Develop payloads and subsystems (sensors, payload interfaces, power management, and networking)
What they're looking for
- Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses and pinouts: that connect electronic equipment within a subsystem
- Support environmental qualification (vibration, thermal) and flight-test operations
- Collaborate closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware,: and test engineers to deliver fully functional, mission-critical products
- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
