• Ability to lead, develop, mentor, and evaluate engineering personnel while: establishing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

What they're looking for

• Working knowledge of mission critical electrical equipment including medium: voltage systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, busway, power distribution equipment, controls systems, and associated vendor requirements.
• Ability to establish engineering standards and provide final technical review: and approval of engineering deliverables prior to release for procurement and manufacturing.
• Experience establishing and enforcing engineering quality processes including: design reviews, first-of-a-kind reviews, lessons learned implementation, and engineering standards development.
• Experience leading the engineering, design, coordination, and execution of: complex mission critical projects, including cross-functional teams, integrated product development, design deliverables, and manufacturing-ready solutions.
