What you'll do
Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve: outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe,: efficient, and high-performing working environment.
Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is: completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Act as the first point of contact for colleague queries, working closely with: HR, Training, and other support teams where required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Lead facilities procurement activities, including tendering and RFP: processes, to secure best value and effective facilities management solutions.

- Implement and optimise central Building Management System (BMS) dashboards to: improve visibility, control, and performance.
- Manage facilities and maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to: maximise value while maintaining service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating contracts and: negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex: challenges to the Facilities & Maintenance senior leadership team where appropriate.
