What you'll do
Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for: Consumer OpEx, ensuring precision and on-time delivery across all planning cycles.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models that quantify risks,: opportunities, and scenario outcomes for Consumer leadership.
Drive monthly variance analysis and month-end close for your areas,: partnering with Accounting to maintain data integrity across all financial reporting.
Partner with Consumer Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional: leads to translate financial insights into actionable resource allocation recommendations.
Lead the preparation and presentation of financial analyses during business: reviews, converting complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
Execute proactive deep-dive analyses to surface trends, anomalies, and: efficiency opportunities across Consumer operational spend.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with: direct ownership of OpEx planning (headcount, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories).
- Track record managing operating large expense budgets, delivering forecasts,: and producing variance analysis that informed executive decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models and scenario: analyses in Excel, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and at least one planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite).
- History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Design: teams to align financial plans with business priorities and influence resource allocation.
