What you'll do
Own the financial management of key programs within the Air Defense business: area, from bookings through delivery and closeout
Partner closely with the proposals and capture team to win new: opportunities—shaping cost structure, pricing strategy, and margin targets that make bids competitive and profitable
Drive the financial execution and profitability of new and existing programs,: owning the P&L outcome across the program lifecycle
Apply a working knowledge of government contracting (contract types, cost: accounting, and compliance) while thinking strategically and outside the box to support the needs of a non-traditional defense company
Own rolling monthly forecasts, working closely with key engineering: stakeholders (Product, Program, and Engineering Leads)
Work with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity
What they're looking for
- Analyze and monitor contract and product profit margins
- Deliver monthly internal management reporting through presentations and written communications
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels
- Build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Foundry)
