We own core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. Our roadmap includes feature and platform development, improvements to existing capabilities, maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using AI-assisted development tools.
What you'll do
Design and ship moderately sized frontend features and improvements with: minimal guidance, making pragmatic architectural choices.
Turn ambiguous customer and product needs into clear technical plans and intuitive, accessible experiences.
Advocate for product quality, security, accessibility, performance,: maintainability, and operational readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
Establish and improve practices for frontend architecture, styling, component: design, testing, observability, maintainable code, and thoughtful use of artificial intelligence and agentic tools in production engineering work.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Engineers, share knowledge, remove: technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices.
Diagnose and prevent frontend performance and reliability issues at scale: using observability and production signals, and participate in incident response or on-call responsibilities under your team's ownership model.
What they're looking for
- Design or review independently buildable frontend surfaces and explicit: contracts for data, events, authorization, feature flags, error handling, testing, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, quality, security, and other teams: to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
