What you'll do
Review new lease agreements and lease modifications and input them into LeaseQuery
Track and reconcile lease activity on a month-to-month basis
Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to identify when leases are expected to commence
Reconcile Lease Liabilities and ROU Asset balances from LeaseQuery to general ledger
Reconcile the prepaid expenses sub-ledger to the general ledger
Prepare and reconcile monthly and year-to-date Prepaid asset waterfalls: across Crusoe's consolidated legal entities
What they're looking for
- Prepare and record monthly close journal entries
- Support monthly reporting and fluctuation analysis
- Collaborate with the Cloud Operations, Data Infrastructure teams and various: Accounting functions on leases and prepaid expenses
- Support audit and due diligence requests as needed
