What you'll do
Define what success looks like before launch by setting clear success metrics: and sizing expected impact, then make recommendations on scope and timeline tradeoffs when stakeholder inputs conflict.
Treat each content launch as a business outcome, not a scheduling: exercise—sequence launches against clear business goals and explain the strategic reasoning behind each campaign structure.
Convert business goals into campaign briefs scoped appropriately for content: value and category, enabling creative, channel, and lifecycle teams to execute coordinated multi-channel strategies.
Orchestrate On-Platform Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, and Product teams around: a single launch plan while partnering closely with Content and Category Management to ensure proper market positioning.
Track what each content launch is built to drive, partner with Data Science: to measure outcomes, and feed results into quarterly planning cycles.
Experience with 8+ years in integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or: partner marketing, ideally for a D2C content or subscription business.
