Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEAPosted today£131K–£98K

The opportunity

You're an experienced benefits professional who thrives at the intersection of operational execution and strategic program building. You know EMEA benefits landscapes inside and out — the regulatory nuances, the broker ecosystems, the carrier dynamics — and you're equally…

What you'll do

  • EMEA Benefits Operations: Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets — procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. You'll be the regional expert ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant. 40%

  • Country Launches: Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue) to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. With 12 new countries planned in FY27, you'll be directly involved in ensuring every launch includes a strong benefits component from day one. 30%

  • Broker & Carrier Relationships: Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA. Negotiate terms, evaluate plan options, and ensure we're getting the best value for our clients and their employees. 15%

  • Data & Reporting: Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets. Use insights to inform plan design decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on the health of the benefits portfolio.

  • Program Management (evolving): As the function matures, take on increasing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence — cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design. Help build the "operating system" for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure benefits decisions are integrated into the broader international strategy. Serve as the benefits voice in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions. 15%
