What you'll do
Provide senior-level paralegal support across consumer litigation and: arbitration, class actions, commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries and investigations, and employment matters.
Manage matter workflows, calendars, deadlines, legal holds, discovery,: regulatory responses, and other critical litigation and regulatory processes.
Maintain accurate matter records and data, coordinate with outside counsel: and vendors, and support budgeting, invoice review, and related operational activities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on litigation, legal spending,: cycle times, filings, claims, outcomes, and emerging risk trends; analyze portfolio data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Design, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and agents that: improve legal research, matter management, document review, reporting, and other team processes, with appropriate quality controls and attorney oversight.
Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams, including Compliance,: Risk, Finance, People, Product, and Operations, to gather information, coordinate projects, and move matters forward.

- Assist with special projects, investigations, and broader legal operations initiatives as needed.
- + years of relevant paralegal experience, including substantial experience: supporting complex litigation at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both.
- Experience managing litigation processes and deadlines, discovery, document: collections and productions, legal holds, subpoenas, and large or complex matter portfolios.
