What you'll do

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with last mile and middle mile carriers across the Canadian network

• Hold carriers accountable to agreed KPIs, with a focus on On-Time Performance: (OTP) and Contactless Completion (CC) error rates

• Lead regular business reviews, issue escalations, and corrective action plans with carrier partners

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new carrier partners, including operational: setup, system integration, and readiness validation

• Identify network gaps and proactively source, evaluate, and onboard partners to fill them

• Own carrier cost performance across the network; develop and execute a: roadmap to continuously reduce cost per shipment without compromising service quality

What they're looking for

• Lead rate negotiations and contract renewals; benchmark carrier pricing: against market and identify savings opportunities
• Partner with Finance and Analytics to model cost scenarios and quantify the impact of network changes
• Monitor OTP, CC errors, and other service metrics; identify root causes and drive resolution with carriers
• Develop and maintain scorecards and reporting frameworks that create transparency and drive accountability
