What you'll do

  • Own or support the month-end close process across the general ledger,: including journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and management reports in accordance with US GAAP

  • Reconcile and investigate outstanding balances, proactively identifying and: resolving discrepancies and variances

  • Support the year-end close process and assist with the preparation of: financial statements and supporting schedules

  • Prepare and review internal financial reports, management reporting packages,: and supporting schedules in compliance with US GAAP

  • Support the preparation of external financial reporting including quarterly: and annual reporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounting inputs

What they're looking for

  • Assist in the preparation and review of flux analyses, variance explanations,: and balance sheet narratives for senior leadership and external reporting purposes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting: outputs, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies before they escalate
  • Collaborate with senior accounting leadership and FP&A on ad hoc financial: reporting requests from the CFO and executive team
  • Develop working familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and public: company financial reporting standards as the business continues to scale
