What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Affirm's executive: compensation programs, including base salary structures, annual incentives, and equity programs.

  • Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business: priorities, operational goals, values, and culture.

  • Lead the ongoing evaluation, enhancement, and administration of executive: compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

  • Analyze market trends, compensation practices, and economic conditions to: develop recommendations that support talent and business objectives.

  • Partner closely with Compensation Operations to ensure efficient program: delivery, administration, and governance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and business: leadership to solve complex compensation challenges and drive successful program implementation.
