What you'll do
Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and: efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on: pipeline health and recruiting progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
