What you'll do
Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow: Airbnb’s Homes supply across MexicoCCA, expanding partnerships with hosts of all types and driving exceptional business and guest outcomes.
Partner closely with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans,: ensuring alignment between local market execution and national business priorities.
Design and lead territory-level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and: host quality, directing teams to tailor their approach based on market maturity and host segmentation.
Experiment boldly to unlock new sources of supply: measure results, refine quickly, and turn proven strategies into playbooks that fuel Airbnb’s growth across MexicoCCA and beyond.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps,: Policy, and Product to launch initiatives that improve host performance and accelerate supply growth.
Monitor and own business performance , ensuring markets meet revenue, supply,: and quality KPIs while delivering sustainable results that support Airbnb’s broader goals.
