What you'll do

  • Planning & Forecasting: Own end-to-end financial planning cycles for the manufacturing business line, including the annual budget, long-range plan (LRP), monthly rolling forecasts, and month- and quarter-end close support.

  • Executive Reporting: Build clear, actionable performance narratives for executive, board, and investor materials.

  • Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and scale complex financial models to support the commercialization and roll-out of Crusoe Spark™ modular AI factories.

  • Business Partnership: Act as the primary financial advisor and hands-on "on-the-floor" partner to Manufacturing leadership, providing data-driven insights on strategic and operational decisions, and translating those decisions into near- and long-term financial impact.

  • Scenario Analysis: Deliver robust modeling and scenario analysis for new initiatives, capacity planning, customer profitability, and market expansion.

  • Driver-Based Analysis: Translate operational drivers such as production efficiency, utilization, and operational uptime into P&L impacts and actionable recommendations.

What they're looking for

  • Cost Accounting & Product Costing: Partner with corporate accounting to establish standard costing frameworks, manage inventory valuation, track variances, monitor excess and obsolete (E&O) risk, and deliver insights on cost drivers to support margin management and investment decisions.
  • Profitability & Efficiency Initiatives: Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency, partnering with operational teams to develop improvement plans.
  • Process Improvement: Design new processes required by business growth and improve existing ones in close collaboration with Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Process & Control Integrity: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
