What you'll do
Own enterprise-wide inventory accuracy targets and drive continuous: improvement toward best-in-class performance
Design, implement, and scale the cycle count program across all Anduril: facilities, ensuring coverage, frequency, and methodology align with operational needs and audit requirements
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of inventory control specialists
Lead year-end physical inventory audits and serve as the primary point of: contact for internal and external audit teams
Establish and maintain inventory control governance frameworks, including: policies, SOPs, root cause analysis processes, and corrective action protocols
Partner with the analytics team to design and build inventory control: tooling, dashboards, and reporting that provide real-time visibility into inventory health
What they're looking for
- Experience in a high-growth manufacturing or defense/aerospace environment
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar): and ability to partner with data teams to build custom tooling
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar professional certification
- Experience implementing RFID, barcode scanning, or other inventory automation technologies
- Track record of operating in environments with strict regulatory or: compliance requirements (ITAR, DFARS, etc.)
