What you'll do
Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting clear: expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes
Partner with senior leadership across CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success: on workforce planning and hiring priorities
Own recruiting operations for your portfolio, ensuring team structure and: capacity flex with shifting business priorities
Drive hiring process improvements by analyzing pipeline data, identifying: bottlenecks, and implementing changes that improve speed and quality of hire
Build a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
+ years of recruiting experience across the full cycle (talent mapping,: sourcing, interviewing, closing), with 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams

- Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiting: teams in fast-paced technology environments
