What you'll do
Lead the overall design and delivery of strategic sourcing plans for: engineering roles, partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
Effectively manage, coach, and set performance expectations for a team of: Sourcers and Sourcing Managers, while ensuring strong data integrity.
Formalize and scale a continuous intelligence program, including structured: talent mapping and maintaining a pipeline of pre-qualified prospects for critical profiles.
Lead AI and workflow transformation by driving the use of platforms like AI: Studio and Gemini in Workspace to accelerate research, enrichment, and drafting workflows.
Track detailed sourcing metrics (ROI, funnel performance, productivity) and: leverage real-time analytics to deploy strategic intelligence packages to unblock critical searches.
Act as a Strategic Advisor to leadership by embedding market supply,: difficulty, and timing data into headcount and site planning discussions.
What they're looking for
- + years of extensive technical recruiting/sourcing experience, including proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
- + years of relevant people management experience at scale, with demonstrated: success in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex group of senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, numbers, and trends.
