What you'll do
Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain that includes Assembly,: Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies
Contribute to operational excellence with a strong continuous improvement: mindset and leading impactful Kaizen events
Be a strong partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support: RCCA burndowns that tackle key issues both internally and externally to EW Production
Collaborate with Design Engineering teams in early to late phases of the: development process to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions
Develop process flows, breaking down large, complex assemblies into a logical: part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes
Write documentation required for successfully manufacturing their hardware at: scale, such as work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements, etc.
What they're looking for
- Experience with RF Products that require system AI&T (assembly, integration, and test)
- Exposure to or interest in scaling product testing and production.
- Hands-on experience with software & firmware flashing or end-of-line testing & troubleshooting
- Software scripting experience in any language
- Current active U.S. Secret security clearance
