The opportunity
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence . As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads.
What you'll do
Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across offices,: warehouses, and datacenters: full site-build lifecycle (topology, IP/VLAN/subnet design, wireless planning, redundancy/failover), BOMs, expansions, migrations, and refreshes.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot the full network stack (firewalls,: switches, wireless), serving as an escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and participating in on-call/after-hours support.
Ensure configurations align with security policies, support audits and: vulnerability remediation, and assist with security system integrations (cameras, access control).
Configure SaaS integrations (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth: primarily Okta) and build automations/workflows using low-code/API tools like Workato and Postman, in partnership with IT and Security.
Bring an automation-first mindset: proactively identifying ways to reduce manual work and staying current on AI-assisted tools for IT infrastructure and ops.
Maintain network documentation (diagrams, IP schemas, VLAN assignments, rack: elevations, port maps) and contribute to standardizing designs and deployment patterns.
