Review submittals, owner standards, specifications, and contract documents to: ensure proper coordination with the onsite commissioning team.
What they're looking for
- Review design documents, specifications, and submittals to verify: commissioning requirements and test criteria.
- Review Factory Witness Testing (FWT) / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): scripts and provide comments as necessary.
- Develop and manage the offsite commissioning plan, schedule, and resource: allocation across multiple vendors and pre-fabrication sites.
- Develop and maintain commissioning checklists, test scripts, and verification documents.
