What you'll do
Build and manage paid marketing programs across social, search, and display channels
Use AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale them efficiently
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that target enterprise accounts
Partner with sales to support long enterprise sales cycles
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media with brand, content, and lifecycle initiatives
Set up and optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
What they're looking for
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- + years of paid marketing experience, including ABM and enterprise-focused campaigns
- Experience using AI to personalize or scale marketing programs
