What you'll do
Support the administration of the Company’s employment-based immigration: program, including coordination of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and related immigration processes.
Serve as a key point of contact between external immigration counsel and: internal stakeholders, including sponsored employees, managers, the People Team, and the Legal Team.
Respond to routine immigration inquiries and escalate complex or higher-risk: matters to the Associate General Counsel or external counsel as appropriate.
Coordinate immigration case initiation, document collection, job-duty: confirmations, LCA postings, and other Company-side requirements needed to support immigration filings.
Support pre-hire immigration sponsorship assessments and internal approval: processes for candidate sponsorship, employee sponsorship, extensions, H-1B lottery participation, PERM initiation, role changes, travel, and other immigration-impacting events.
Develop, update, and maintain immigration-related procedures, SOPs,: templates, checklists, FAQs, employee communications, and manager-facing resources.

- Support immigration program governance, including tracking key deadlines,: identifying compliance risks, monitoring outside counsel spend, and helping ensure consistent application of Company sponsorship procedures.
