What you'll do
years of experience with PCB Layout
years of experience with Altium
Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design
Solid understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes, limitations, design rules, and best practice
Experience with ECAD libraries and library management
Familiar with basic signal and power integrity rules (how they affect layout)
What they're looking for
- Experience with high speed digital interfaces and controlled impedance: routing requirements like USB, PCIe, Ethernet
- Ability to work in team environment, taking direction and collaborating to complete designs quickly
- Eligible for security clearance
- CID, CID++ and/or PCEA-CPCD certification
