What you'll do
Act as a business partner to stakeholders such as Infrastructure, Data Center: Engineering, Legal and Sustainability, delivering value and enabling their strategies.
Lead and initiate commercial negotiations, including but not limited to: contract renewals and setting up new agreements.
Be responsible for the supplier selection process, RFx and screening.
Work with the Infrastructure team on roadmaps, including our DC expansion plans.
Do vendor monitoring on performance and contractual agreements.
Be tracking and reporting on industry trends.
What they're looking for
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
- + years of relevant experience, including category management or sourcing.
- Deep knowledge and experience of and within the Data Center space, hardware and services.
- Well-organized and like to solve problems with a pragmatic approach.
