What you'll do
Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for: internal operators and clients across Flexport's platform
Own your product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months
Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing
Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other: cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
Collaborate closely across a global footprint with engineering teams in the: West Coast US and China, participating in regular cross-border syncs
Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities
What they're looking for
- Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes
- Contribute to medium: and long-term product strategy, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform
- + years of product management experience, or other domain-relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months: working closely with an engineering team and cross-functional partners
