What you'll do
Define and execute a clear mid-term vision for your domain, driving: step-change improvements across logistics network design, execution, and shipping operations.
Collaborate with a cross-functional tribe of engineers, product managers, and: operational stakeholders across global markets.
Serve as the domain SME, mastering complex logistics challenges and ensuring: our product suite delivers high usability and operational value.
Take a data-driven approach to deep-dive analytics, continuously evaluating,: measuring, and optimizing product feature performance.
Drive end-user testing and change management to facilitate smooth feature rollouts across global operations.
Foster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivering the highest quality: delivery experience to HelloFresh customers.
What they're looking for
- Strong senior/lead level of product management experience, preferably within: e-commerce, logistics, or food tech environments.
- Proven track record of solving complex operational challenges in large,: multi-country environments by optimizing products and launching 0-to-1 innovations.
- Strong analytical expertise paired with business acumen, capable of: translating raw data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability: to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
