What you'll do
Own the product strategy and roadmap for how free users become aware of,: experience, and develop intent for Premium, driving consideration, conversion intent, and subscriber growth across segments and markets.
Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from: early concept through global rollout.
Drive experiments that deepen our understanding of what makes users want: Premium and measurably move free users closer to a purchase decision.
Turn behavioral, funnel, and market data into clear hypotheses, define: meaningful success metrics, and build a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
Design rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate funnel changes against strong: baselines, scaling approaches that demonstrably work across markets and segments.
Make pragmatic trade-offs across user value, revenue impact, regional nuance,: and operational complexity, knowing when a simple flow change is enough and when a deeper platform capability is needed.
