- Collaborate with GitLab Product and Engineering teams to support customer: success and contribute improvements to GitLab features and processes.
- Support Engagement Managers with quoting and scoping statements of work, and: document improvements to Professional Services engagement processes.
- Professional experience with one or more infrastructure as code or: configuration as code technologies, such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
- Professional experience with one or more cloud providers, such as Amazon Web: Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
